After sales support has always been a priority for JTL. Optimum system performance can only be achieved if controls and monitoring components are installed, commissioned and maintained to specification. With this in mind JTL is committed to providing support in all these areas through it's national network of refrigeration controls engineers, maintenance engineers and technical support staff.
FIELD ENGINEERING
JTL operates with a nationwide team of engineers offering invaluable support to refrigeration contractors and end users in system comissioning, design, network set-up, on site fault diagnostics and system auditing.
TECHNICAL HELPDESK
The service is manned by experienced JTL engineers, who will assist site staff, end users and refrigeration engineers with any JTL related technical questions. The Helpdesk service is available 5 days per week during office hours and can be contacted on 0871 315 7535 or by email at helpdesk@jtl.co.uk
TRAINING
JTL provide a range of training courses from their training facility in Newbury. The courses give participants both theoretical knowledge and hands on experience in using JTL products. Latest additions are plant and cabinet control networks which emulate typical site conditions and enable engineers to undertake system commissioning and fault finding in a controlled environment. The courses have been developed to cater for all skill levels and can be tailored by the customer to address any particular training needs.
WARRANTY AND SPARES
All JTL components are supplied with a minimum warranty of 12 months. Datalogging PC's carry up to 3-years cover as standard and the new range of temperature sensors and cable jointing kits are supplied with a 5 year warranty.

In addition an exchange service operates whereby JTL manufactured components up to 5 years old may be replaced at a reduced price.
